Why can’t I order a specific size?
We have a maximum and minimum size width and drop for each blind. If your measurements fall outside of these size brackets, either contact us on 01745 421803 for recommendations or work with your transoms and divide your window. We recommend you contact us before doing this. Be sure to double check your measurements and make sure you are using the right metrics.
Can I make an amendment to my order once it’s been placed?
We will always try our best to make amendments when needed, but as orders are processed very quickly, we can’t always guarantee this will be done. Please contact us on 01745 421803 as soon as possible if you need to make an amendment and we will try our very best.
How do I fit my blind?

We don’t offer a measure and fitting service, we however provide measure and fitting guides to make it an easy process for our customers. We also offer a video consultation with one of our expert team. This video can be done while you are meauring or fitting your blind, so we can offer advice and support.

Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we offer a free, unlimited sample service. Just choose the product you would like, choose free sample and place order. It’s as simple as that.
Do you supply all the components with the blinds needed for installation?
All the components you need to install your blind, will be included with your blind order.
What is the difference between recess and exact?
With recess the blind will sit inside the window, with exact the blind will sit outside the window.
