Delivery

We offer free delivery to Mainland UK via courier for orders totaling over £175. For orders below £175, the delivery charge is £8.95 per order, regardless of the number of blinds included in the order. Delivery costs to other areas may vary, and these will be displayed on the checkout page for your convenience.

All blinds are delivered by a reputable national carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. Upon delivery, the carrier will provide us with a signed proof of delivery, confirming the safe receipt of your order. If your parcel arrives damaged, it must be signed for as damaged or rejected by you, the customer.

Please note that our carrier will not leave a parcel without obtaining a signature. Therefore, it's important to ensure that someone will be available to provide a signature at the delivery address, which could be a work address if more convenient. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for the courier to attempt delivery to a neighbour if you are not likely to be at home.

In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt the following day. If no one is available on the second attempt, the parcel must be collected from the local depot, or an additional delivery charge will be incurred for re-shipping the goods.

If no one is available to sign for the goods upon the second attempt and the goods are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the goods. It's important to ensure that arrangements are made for someone to receive the delivery to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.

Returns

All of our blinds are customized to fit your specific measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for your windows.

According to the distance selling regulations, we are unable to accept returns for made-to-measure products. This policy applies to all made-to-measure blinds across our entire range.

However, in the event that a product is made incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will promptly replace the blind at no additional cost to you, as outlined in our replacements policy below. If you prefer to cancel the order instead of waiting for a replacement, you may do so, but it will be your responsibility to return the blind to us. The returned blind must be complete with all fixtures and fittings provided. Please note that the cost of returning the blind will be borne by you, the customer.
